3-Days Easy Return

 

Nesti Dante Thailand guarantees that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective.

 

If the products received are not in the conditions described above, please notify us within 48 hours from the time you received the item. Nesti Dante Thailand has the right to refuse any support if customers fail to inform us in the notification window period stated.

 

In case the product you receive does not meet our commitment as stated above, you will have 3 days to return products.

The returned item must be sent to Nesti Dante Thailand for quality checking (QC). Nesti Dante Thailand will replace it by a new one or refund the paid price of the returned item if it meets our Return terms and Conditions.
